By accessing ExtraLive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

ExtraLive provides live streaming infrastructure, payment processing via Paystack, and content distribution tools for creators, churches and businesses in Nigeria and Africa.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and stream key. Keep your stream key private — sharing it grants full streaming access to your channel.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Paystack. Platform fees (5%/3%/2%/1% depending on plan) apply to viewer payments only. All payments are final. Refunds at our discretion.

5. Content Policy

You are responsible for all content streamed through your account. You may not stream: illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, hate speech, or explicit adult content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ExtraLive is not liable for service interruptions, lost earnings, or technical failures beyond our control. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Paystack dashboard.
